Ministria e Industrisë, Ndërmarrësisë dhe Tregtisë (MINT) bën të ditur se tashmë ka filluar regjistrimi i bizneseve edhe përmes platformës elektronike e-Kosova, të bazuar në Vendimin nr.299 të datës 05.06.2025, të nxjerrë nga Drejtorja Ekzekutive në Agjencinë e Regjistrimit të Bizneseve (ARBK) se nga data 9 qershor 2025, regjistrimi fillestar i shoqërive tregtare në Republikën e Kosovës do të mundësohet edhe përmes platformës elektronike e-Kosova.
Sipas MINT-it, regjistrimi i shoqërive tregtare përmes platformës e-Kosova do të jetë plotësisht online. Aplikimi, miratimi i lëndës dhe lëshimi i certifikatës elektronike do të bëhet përmes kësaj platforme, pa pasur nevojë që aplikuesi të paraqitet në sportele të ARBK-së dhe të dorëzojë dokumentet në formë fizike.
