Gjykata Supreme ka miratuar ankesën e LVV-së për numërimin e 4 mijë e 639 votave të ardhura nga diaspora të pranuara në KQZ nga data 08.10.2019 deri më datë 11.10.2019.
Kështu ka bërë të ditur përfaqësuesi i VV-së në KQZ, Adnan Rrustemi.
“Gjykata Supreme miraton ankesën e Lëvizjes për numërimin e votave të mërgatës. Mijëra fletëvotime të bashkatdhetarëve të mbajtura të bllokuara do të numërohen”, ka shkruar ai në profilin e tij në Facebook, transmeton Telegrafi.
Në vendimin që e ka postuar Rrustemi në Facebook thuhet se “Gjykata Supreme konsideron se vendimi i Panelit Zgjedhor për Ankesa dhe Parashtresa (PZAP) duhet të anulohet, duke e kthyer çështjen në rivendosje”.
“PZAP është i detyruar që në rishqyrtim të çështjes t’i mënjanojë të metat e lartpërmendura e pastaj të marrë një vendim të drejtë dhe të ligjshëm”, thuhet në njoftim.
