Gjykata Supreme ka miratuar si të bazuar ankesën e Lëvizjes Vetëvendosje që të ndryshohet vendimi i Panelit Zgjedhor për Ankesa dhe Parashtresa me të cilin ndalohej numërimi i 4639 zarfe me vota të ardhura nga jashtë Kosovës.
PZAP kishte vendosur që këto vota të mos lejoheshin për numërim për shkak se kishin arritur me vonesë në Kosovë.
Megjithatë, ato vota ishin nisur me kohë nga jashtë dhe me vendimin e Supremes, KQZ-ja detyrohet të bëjë këtë numërim.
